What am I signing up for?

How can I join?

Just select the community that aligns with your interests and click the join button. You will be redirected to our typeform. After submitting the necessary information to us, you officially applied for the community and will hear back from us via mail.

How do I take part in a project?

We give regular updates on completed or ongoing projects on our Instagram channel. You can get an overview of what’s going on there. Upon launching a new innovation program with one of our partners, we specially select community members from our database and pitch an invitation via mail. All necessary details and specifics will be provided in this mail. So make sure to regularly check your mails to not miss out ;)

I am nervous that my skills are not sufficient. What is my role in a project?

Don´t worry a second! You were specially selected, because your are a great fit and we believe in your skills. In a project we trust on your mindset and energy and always want your honest and undiluted opinion. The tasks involved differ greatly depending on the project, and we will let you know what you will exactly do on request.

Can I really earn money with this?

Yes, we are not joking around! After applying for one of our communities and being selected and accepted as a member, you are eligible to take part in our innovation and co-creation journeys. Every project is different and your compensation depends on your role and effort. You can earn multiple hundred Euros with a single project.

Do I have any commitments after joining?

No, don't worry. Of course we love seeing active community members that connect with each other and exchange ideas, but after you finished your application, you can lean back and wait for our updates. We will reach out to you via mail to request your participation in a specific project. We know everyone is busy, and of course you have no obligation to accept these invitations. However, if you do accept, and not show up you will be facing an eviction from our community.

I saw you have multiple communities. Can I join more than one?

We created different communities to make sure we bring together people that share the same mindset and similar interests. We want to tackle innovation and change in multiple industries, so the projects you will be pitched vary depending on the community you join.
And yes, you can join multiple communities!
For example: if fashion and the latest trends are your daily business, but you also burn for the environment, then you can apply for both our tru.faces and tru.mission community.

How can I leave the community?

If you feel like you want to quit the community, that makes us sad, but of course, you are free to do so at any moment.
Just contact us with a simple mail via @xxx, and we will make sure to delete all the data you provided to us, and you will not receive any further updates or requests from us.
